How do We Communicate?

Via phone, email, fax, utilizing conference rooms, instant messenger, courier service. Transmittal of confidential documents is handled by our safe and secure server.

What is your privacy policy?

At Lois Clark Solutions, we value your trust and confidentiality. We take your privacy very seriously and will never rent, sell or share confidential information about you or your company with anyone except at your request and only with your permission.

How do you track your time?

By utilizing time billing software, we 'log' into your account at the beginning of our work, and log out at the end. We list a detailed description of the work performed during each session.

How do you bill?

It is our goal to establish a long-term relationship with our Clients. The value of our work product will increase exponentially given time to know your procedures. However, we do provide random project services.

In order to effectively manage our time, and offer the most cost-effective service possible, we suggest you purchase blocks of time each month. We have three plans to choose from. The Platinum Plan, 20 hours per month, 10% discount; The Silver Plan, 40 hours per month, 15% discount; and The Gold Plan, 60 hours and above, 20% discount. One half monthly retainer must be paid prior to work commencing. The balance to be paid within 15 days of the month's contract. Completed work cannot be delivered until client has paid the balance of that month's retainer. We provide a detailed billing twice a month for your convenience.

Any additional hours incurred beyond the agreed to Plan above shall be billed at regular hourly rates. First time clients will receive a 10% discount.

For one time projects, an estimate will be given for completion. If the project expands beyond the scope of the original project, additional time will be billed and paid prior to completion.

We endeavor to return your assignment within 24 hours unless other terms are agreed to. Retainer clients will receive other benefits as noted in the Retainer Agreement. We offer a rush, after hour and weekend service. Fees may be applied.

What are your Terms & Conditions?

We begin all assignments with a Retainer Agreement that describes our services, rates, billing procedures, and any additional expenses we might incur. Payment can be made through Paypal, check or money order made payable to Lois Clark Solutions. Our time is billed in 5 minute increments. As we are independent contractors, payment to us will be made utilizing a 1099 for tax purposes.

Do You Offer Referral Rewards?

Yes, we do! We will pay $50 for any referral made to us through you even if you are not a client! A client may choose to apply the referral reward to their monthly billing. Or, you can use your referral reward in exchange for an equal amount of time of our services.
